Community Team Vacancies

Our vision is to become the leading non-International Cricket Club by 2019.

Established in 1879, Leicestershire County Cricket Club (LCCC) is one of the nation’s 18 first class cricket counties and operates within the sports and entertainment industry.

In 2015, under the leadership of a new Chief Executive, LCCC outlined an aspirational new vision for the club. Since 2015, the club has made significant progress both on and off the field, signalling an exciting new era in its history.

School and Community Cricket – Casual Coaches Needed

With our delivery continuing to expand, we are always looking for additional coaches to support the development team in delivering high quality professional cricket activities within our Schools and Community programmes. We are looking for casual coaches that can deliver cricket/sports coaching activities, increasing the number of children and young adults taking an interest in the game.

Coaches must demonstrate both team working skills and the ability to work unsupervised using their own initiative. You will be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm together with good administration and organisational skills.

This is not a contracted position and any casual coaches that would like to join our delivery team will be paid on an hourly basis at £15p/h, delivering activity during curriculum time and immediately after-school.
