Fleckney Village Cricket Club are holding a charity T20 cricket match followed by an auction of sporting memorabilia and merchandise to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity.  The match is played in honour of Fleckney cricketer Andy Standley who very sadly passed away earlier this year.

The game will  take place at the Fleckney Recreation Ground at 1.00pm on Sunday 14th September (originally planned for 25th August). Its a free event (although any donations will be greatly received) and everyone is welcome. There will be a BBQ, refreshments tent and kwik cricket available for any children who want to have a go.

After the cricket an auction of sporting memorabilia and merchandise will be held at 8pm at Fleckney Golden Shield. Lots include a signed England cricket team photo, Leicestershire T20 tickets for 2015, Leicester City stadium tours and much more.

All proceeds will go to The Brain Tumour Charity.
