In order to support clubs with their development needs, Leicestershire County Cricket Club Community Team and the ECB have put together lots of useful information and programmes to help. We want to make it as easy as possible for clubs to find the information they need and hope that you will find what you need in this section of the web-site. Self-help support resources are available to help cricket clubs meet the ever changing demands and challenges they face and are designed to help clubs better manage resources for the future.

Club Coach Mentoring Programme
To support coaches putting into practice and build on all that is taught on our coaching courses. This programme is available and limited to 5 clubs, so if you require some help and new idea on coaching implementation apply now!

The concept of ‘club development planning’ or ‘business planning’ is growing ever more important within community club cricket. A club development plan documents the objectives, actions and costs associated with the development needs of a cricket club. Although club cricket is reliant on volunteers, the cost of running a club continues to rise as membership grows and the demands on facilities, coaches and resources increases.

NatWest CricketForce encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club by volunteering to undertake major renovations to clubhouses and grounds. For more information please click here
Clubs registered for NatWest CricketForce are also be eligible to receive support from the construction colleges working alongside the Community Team to offer practical work experience for their students whilst providing free of charge construction support for clubs.
