ECB’s NatWest CricketForce (NWCF) programme is back again for 2020 with the annual weekend confirmed as Friday 27th- Sunday 29th March 2020. (Please note you do not have to use this weekend)

NWCF is a nationwide initiative aimed at cricket clubs. The programme is designed to bring clubs and their local community closer together, and ensure they’re ready for the new season.

Clubs that are involved will benefit from a NatWest CricketForce first aid kit designed for the community cricket club. In addition to this, the club will be entered into a draw to win some amazing pieces of kit.

In previous years, club projects have ranged from simple paint jobs, sight screen scrubbing, and renewed boundary fencing, to brand new changing rooms, function rooms, and even a new pavilion. See what happened in 2019 below:

2020 is due to be a huge year for the ECB, with the launch of Dynamo’s cricket, and the engagement of many more juniors. The focus this year is not only on the facilities of clubs, but also the PEOPLE involved.

We encourage clubs to be bold and approach new people and businesses in their local area for support. Whether that is in the form of equipment, materials, expertise or simply volunteer hours, every bit of support will help.

This is your opportunity to help your club attract new members, get ready for the upcoming season and engage the local community to ensure a sustainable future.

If your club has already registered please tweet us or Facebook and remember to use social media when it is NWCF so we can promote all clubs.
