With recreational cricket having started in earnest last weekend, we are pleased to announce that NatWest CricketForce has returned for 2020, to support clubs to return to cricket. CricketForce will take on three parts this year:

Equipping clubs with PPE: Clubs who sign up to NatWest CricketForce will receive a safety package filled with hygeine and cleaning equipment including face-masks, hand gel, disinfectant spray, disposable gloves and disinfectant wipes to help ensure facilities are ready for the weeks and months ahead.

Celebrating the return to cricket: All clubs will receive a weekly communication from NatWest CricketForce providing hints, tips, links to fundraising initiatives, financial advice and how-to guides on the best way to get cricket played again this summer. Clubs are encouraged to share stories on how they have celebrated the return to cricket on social media to be in with a chance of winning signed merchandise.

Bringing the community together: As and when the government advises that it is safe to do so, NatWest CricketForce are encouraging clubs to host a weekend to bring the community together and to reflect and celebrate this extraordinary season – further details about this element will be shared once guidance has been updated.
