Our vision is to become the leading non-International Cricket Club by 2019.

Established in 1879, Leicestershire County Cricket Club (LCCC) is one of the nation’s 18 first class cricket counties and operates within the sports and entertainment industry.

In 2015, under the leadership of a new Chief Executive, LCCC outlined an aspirational new vision for the club. Since 2015, the club has made significant progress both on and off the field, signalling an exciting new era in its history.

LCCC’s Community Team are now looking to recruit a Cricket Development Officer with a dedicated focus on supporting recreational cricket clubs and leagues within Leicestershire and Rutland.

The Clubs and Leagues Officer would form part of the LCCC Community team and report directly into the LCCC Head of Community Development.
