Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket are working to develop further playing opportunities for new players, whether that is at junior or senior level. We are developing outdoor and indoor leagues for senior teams, as well as creating Leicestershire’s first girls youth league.

Women’s & Girls Club Cricket

There are a number of clubs in Leicestershire & Rutland working towards the development of a sustainable girls section as part of their junior cricket offer.

Along with these clubs, we have 4 cricket clubs with teams playing in the Women’s Midlands League  with another club looking to enter a team in the 2016 season.

As part of the performance pathway, Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket also support a Women’s and Girls development programme. More information about this pathway can be found using the links below or by contacting Tom Leonard by email or on 0116 2442198
