The Foxes Development Programme is designed to offer boys across Leicestershire and Rutland 18-weeks of coaching to help fulfil their individual potential by offering a winter programme that complements their club cricket.
The Programme is structured at three clear levels:
Bronze Silver Gold
The Programme involves weekly hard ball cricket sessions at training centres across the county at all three levels for U11, U13 and U15 age groups. There will also be an U19 group.
The development programme runs for 18 weeks across the winter from November – March. We can accept players onto the programme and attend sessions after the Christmas Break.
Aims of the Foxes Development Programme:
Graded coaching at Gold, Silver & Bronze levels throughout the county providing coaching to young cricketers of all abilities throughout the winter
To identify and develop the most talented young cricketers in the county
To help young players, whether at Gold, Silver or Bronze level, to become better cricketers and to help them to perform better in Club, School or representative matches by having set targets based on Key Performance Indicators deemed appropriate for each age group
To provide all young players that show potential in Leicestershire & Rutland with the opportunity to progress by providing a clear structure at each level.
Players can join throughout the programme
Sessions for each age group run throughout the week. Should you wish for further information around the day, time and venue for the sessions, please contact Chloe Bradshaw by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0116 245 2467.
